All 2026 Coaches and Managers must be Registered.
Please read the information below before starting to register.
NEARLY EVERY coach or managers will require a Working With Children Check (WWCC) even if you have a child in the team.
In addition, all coaches and managers of U/12-U/45 teams also need a recent ID photo. See details below.
The only time no WWCC is required is when every player in the team is over 18yo (only applies to W/30, O/35, W/40, O/45 teams) or when the coach or manager is under 18yo.
NSW WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK (WWCC)
(1) If you do not have a WWCC CLICK HERE to apply for one on-line BEFORE you start to register as a Coach or Manager. (only takes 5-10 minutes)
The WWCC is free for volunteers (coaches/managers) so make sure you apply as a volunteer. Your WWCC is valid for 5 years.
After obtaining your WWCC please upload it into PlayFootball as soon as possible.
(2) If you already have a WWCC document please confirm that your WWCC number and expiry date are correct in PlayFootball, as you may need to load a updated copy into PlayFootball

ID PHOTO REQUIRED FOR ALL U/12 to O/45 COACHES and MANAGERS.
If you do not already have a recent ID photo in PlayFootball have one ready BEFORE you start to register.
You will most likely need to crop the size of the photo (height - width) after loading it into PlayFootball.
Head and shoulders only, forward facing, no hat or glasses, neutral background. (avoid bright backgrounds).
A good quality photo taken with a smart phone is quite acceptable. It does not have to be a professional photo.
NOTE: Coaches and Managers of U/6 to U/11 teams DO NOT need an ID Photo
HOW TO REGISTER AS A COACH or MANAGER
If you already have a PlayFootball account as a player please use the same account to register as a coach or manager.

(2) CLICK HERE to go directly to the CC Strikers portal into PlayFootball and search for a product called "Coach" or "Manager"
NOTE:
If you are coaching or managing more than one team at Strikers you only need to register once.
If coaching or managing a junior AND a senior team you only need to register once in the junior team.
Coaches/Managers of W/30, O/35, W/40, O/45 Senior Teams can tick the "Exception Option" in PlayFootball as no WWCC is required.
